Executive, Admin

Job Goal:

Conduct admin job to ensure effective operation of factory.

You will play an important role to:

• Involve in company sales activity.
• Involve in administration documentation.
• Involve in shipping and delivery.
• To liaise with logistic department and custom when required.
• Prepare monthly Sales Report, delivery schedule and forecast and etc document  to management.
• Any other related jobs assigned by the HOD/supervisor etc.
• Review and analysis between busduct PO quantity and Actual Delivered quantity.
• Prepare monthly export price survey for custom submission

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management or Logistics or any others relevant fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for business communication with China-based clients and suppliers.
