Executive-Administration & Security

Security Management:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.

• Manage the security team and coordinate training programs.

• Day to day supervision and monitoring of security personnel deployment.

• Monitor security systems, including surveillance and access control.

• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement

agencies as needed.

• Prepare and maintain incident reports and security documentation.

• Ensure effective patrolling systems and night vigilance through surprise checks.

• Supervision of weigh bridge and its operation.

• Monitor and control vehicle movements, labour movements and gate keeping.

• lead Fire Fighting team and ensure compliances as per the standard.

Administrative Management:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including facility management.

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

• Effectively managing employee travel and transportation.

• Good liaison with local Police Station and Panchayat body.

• Timely renewal of agreements/PO of concerned service provider.

• Keep track on the insurance and other necessary documents related with company owned

vehicles

• Manage material movements as per SOP.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Prepare budgets and manage financial aspects related to security and administration.
