JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.
• Able to independently draft and manage professional email communication.
• Assist employees with travel itineraries, documentation, and guidelines.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, trains, visas, hotels, local transport).
• Ensure travel is arranged within approved budgets and company policies.
• Good Knowledge of OTAs.
• Handle last-minute travel changes or emergencies efficiently.
• Handle travel bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling as required.
• Maintain records of all travel bookings and invoices.
• Maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels.
• Monitor travel expenses and prepare reports for management.
• Negotiate rates with travel service providers to optimize costs.
• Occasional coordination during weekends or holidays for urgent bookings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Support visa processing, travel insurance, and other documentation.
