What they need
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Admin to work directly with a Founder & CEO who operates across multiple businesses, investments, and projects.
This is far more than a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for a trusted right hand who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, anticipate needs, coordinate people and projects, solve problems, and make sure important things get done at the highest level.
The Core Business
The Founder & CEO’s primary business is an eCommerce and national contract and hospitality furniture manufacturer, executing projects at scale across the country. The broader portfolio also includes commercial real estate and portfolio management, along with other ventures, investments, and special projects.
The variety is a major part of the opportunity. One day you may be supporting a large-scale furniture project, coordinating with clients and vendors, or working through financial and operational priorities. The next, you may be managing a real estate initiative, handling a personal logistics challenge, or helping launch a new project.
No two days will look exactly the same.
What You’ll Do
o Serve as a trusted extension of the Founder & CEO across business and personal priorities.
o Manage calendars, travel, meetings, appointments, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
o Anticipate needs, identify problems, and take action before being asked.
o Prepare the Founder & CEO for important meetings, decisions, and conversations.
o Track commitments, decisions, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.
o Coordinate teams, vendors, clients, partners, and outside resources.
o Take ownership of projects from concept through completion.
o Bring structure, accountability, and better systems to a growing collection of businesses and initiatives.
o Support financial administration, expenses, budgets, invoices, reporting, and coordination with accounting and finance partners.
o Assist with commercial real estate, portfolio management, and other special projects.
o Handle personal, household, travel, and lifestyle priorities with discretion and urgency.
o Communicate confidently and professionally on behalf of the Founder & CEO when appropriate.
Who You Are
You’re a high-energy, highly organized person who gets things done.
You don’t wait for instructions. You look ahead, figure out what needs to happen, and take ownership. You can move between big-picture priorities and tiny details without losing momentum.
You are:
o Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
o Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
o A strong communicator and project manager
o Comfortable managing people and holding others accountable
o Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities change
o Discreet, trustworthy, high integrity and highly professional
o Comfortable with numbers, financial information, and business operations
o Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
o Confident working with executives, clients, vendors, and partners
o Energized by variety, responsibility, and solving problems
Financial, bookkeeping, budgeting, real estate, or operational experience is a strong plus.
What Success Looks Like
Success means becoming someone the Founder & CEO can fully trust to own things.
You’ll know what needs to happen, who needs to be involved, when it needs to happen, and what great looks like—and you’ll make sure it gets done.
As trust grows, so will your responsibility. This role has the potential to expand into larger operational initiatives, team and resource management, cross-business projects, real estate and portfolio responsibilities, and a key leadership role within the Founder & CEO’s business infrastructure.
Why This Opportunity
If you want a predictable administrative job, this probably isn’t it.
If you want to learn, lead, solve problems, work across multiple businesses, and become an indispensable partner to an entrepreneurial Founder & CEO, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
We’re not looking for someone who simply manages a to-do list.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, raises the standard, and makes things happen.
