About Us
At Shine Through Strength Physical Therapy, we do more than provide care. We help people find hope, healing, and confidence again. We specialize in pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy and coaching, delivered through a cash based, one on one model that allows us to truly invest in every client.
Our care is rooted in a whole body, one on one approach that goes beyond traditional physical therapy. We are a Christ centered, faith driven practice, and our values are rooted in serving others with compassion, integrity, and excellence. We strive to create a space where clients feel supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Our work extends beyond the treatment room. We believe in the power of community, connection, and education, which is why we offer workshops, group coaching, and outreach events to support and empower clients on their journey.
Job Summary
As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we’re looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to help support our team, our clients, and the continued growth of our practice. In this role, you’ll manage leads and client communication, support day to day clinic operations, build meaningful community partnerships, and create engaging social media content that connects people to life changing care.
You’ll play a vital part in growing our reach, helping new clients discover hope and healing through whole person care, and ensuring every client has a top tier experience from their first interaction with our practice.
If you’re passionate about people, driven by purpose, highly organized, and excited to use your gifts to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.
