We are seeking accomplished and experienced professionals to join as Executive Advisor - People Management.

The opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who can acquire talent, build, guide, and manage large teams while creating long-term value and impact. This role will be further graduated to become chief partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Drive scaling-up initiatives through effective leadership, talent acquisition, and people management.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
• Support organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & People Management:

• Acquire talent, build, mentor, and manage large teams.
• Coach and guide team members to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Support succession planning and leadership chain development.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize your network to promote business development.
• Represent the organization at all forum with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Professional certifications in People Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 20+ years.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering measurable results.
