What they need
- Check and verify the completeness of the document received before submission. Notify the intermediary on the error and/or if necessary, to return the form for their further action.
- Generate quotation/printing of sales illustration (when required).
- Scanning of documents received for filing and record - Record the details of documents received in log book.
- Submission of application via customer service. Assist to advise on error or issue encountered on new business proposal system submission.
- Generation of cover letter. Record the details of documents received in log book. Submission of documents to scanning room and or relevant departments.
- Respond to intermediary's phone call/emails received to follow up on their submitted cases/general inquiries/request of documents/ further information. Request information from relevant departments on inquiries received. Follow up on feedback requested, and communicate the response to the inquiries received.
- Assist to generate quotation when required.
- Processing of credit card form/cheque received or documents submitted via system, and follow through with respective department for charging of any outstanding payment highlighted.
- Generate weekly submission and production reports, ad-hoc production reports request (Ex: sponsorship, past performance measurement, campaign & non-campaign productivity reports, and training expenses reports.
- Review and revise of FA Agreement to comply with latest regulatory, legal and/or internal requirement. Update of commission structure for newly launch product/withdrawn product.
- Verify and confirm the commission generated by finance and ISD on monthly basis. Communicate commission statements to brokers when requested.
