Executive - Aftersales

Key Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales spare parts, AMC, modification, and service sales .
• Collect customer payments as per agreed payment terms.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and service requirements .
• Assign customer issues to the appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit quotations within the defined timelines.
• Respond to RFQs within 2 working days .
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery as per the customer PO.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat enquiries and orders.
• Follow up on pending payments.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and track their status.
• Coordinate with the Service Team and customers to identify the correct part numbers and customer requirements .
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments.
• Maintain relevant information and communication through email.
• Track customer POs and ensure advance payments are collected as per agreed payment terms.
