Executive, Air Freight

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process air freight export documentation, including HAWB, MAWB, manifests, and airline-related documents.
• Generate preliminary documents and update final documentation upon receipt of shipment final weights.
• Follow up with airports, ground handlers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment processing and issue resolution.
• Monitor airline cut-off times and ensure compliance with internal SLAs.
• Verify customer rates, adder charges, and billing information to ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Monitor FHL and FWB transmissions and coordinate corrective actions to avoid carrier penalties.
• Review consolidation requirements and customer-specific documentation needs.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies, weight variances, and operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare shift handover reports and ensure continuity of pending tasks.
• Troubleshoot operational system issues and support process improvements.
• Contribute to achieving departmental and station KPIs through accurate and timely execution of operational activities.
