Executive & Corporate Driver

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious Executive & Corporate Driver to join our team.

This role goes beyond simply driving. You will provide transportation support to management, while also assisting with important business and operational errands. We are looking for someone who is punctual, trustworthy, discreet, organized, and takes pride in maintaining a vehicle to a high standard.

What You'll Do

Personal & Executive Support

• Provide transportation support for personal appointments, errands, and other scheduled activities when required.

• Assist with personal errands such as picking up or delivering items, documents, packages, groceries, or other requested items.

• Provide transportation support for family-related activities and commitments when required.

• Handle personal requests with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Be flexible and responsive to changes in personal and executive schedules.

Corporate & Operational Support

• Transport company documents, products, materials, and supplies when needed.

• Handle business errands such as bank transactions, government offices, supplier visits, stock pick up and delivery, and document submissions.

• Support urgent and time-sensitive operational requirements.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and ready for use every day.
• Conduct regular checks of fuel, tires, oil, brakes, lights, and general vehicle condition.
• Coordinate scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Immediately report mechanical issues, accidents, damage, or safety concerns.
• Ensure all driving documents and vehicle requirements remain valid and updated.

Safety & Professionalism

• Practice defensive and responsible driving at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies.
• Prioritize passenger safety and comfort.
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a company driver, executive driver, family driver, or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila roads and major routes.
• Strong sense of direction and ability to use navigation apps.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to handle both executive transportation and operational errands.
• Flexible and able to adjust to changing schedules when required.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
