Executive - API Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Managing assigned Budgets for the respective region allocated. The region could either be EU, Latam, India or ROW or a combination of these.

Managing operations with key focus on top line sales and bottom-line profitability.

Developing marketing strategy and plans to increase business and get new customers on board.

Seeding new customers, sending samples etc for the respective region.

New product ideas, capacity and capability mapping.

Monitoring and achieving sales and contribution targets on monthly basis.

Monitoring outstanding payments with customers and achieving collection targets on monthly basis.

Researching and reporting on external opportunities.

Managing customer relationship, monitoring competitor activity and market research.

Ensuring continuous improvements in service levels to existing and new customers.

Follow up with the plant for expansion activities and capital investment year on year basis.

Closely coordinate with plant for yield improvements of existing products and launch of new products.

Coordinate with production purchase QA and Regulatory team for prompt responses to customer queries.

Coordination with the legal department for customers agreements and timely response to customers.

Expanding our customer reach for existing and new molecules.
