Executive - Approval

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage style guide, guidelines and related approval materials and arrange briefings to clients
• Liaise and follow up with clients and IP owners to facilitate the smooth and timely approval of products, events (e.g., 2D deco & FRP) and marketing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout products, event development, as well as marketing materials · Review marketing copies and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval requirements · Occasionally provide on-site support for company events and projects when required (e.g., assist in company’s event and project’s on-site approval)
• Prepare product and event launch reports and maintain relevant approval records
• Coordinate and arrange approval stickers for clients · Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• At least 1-2 years’ experience with licensing or content materials and/or event industry are preferred · Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Attentive to details with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in MS Office applications · Knowledge in Japanese and interest in characterx would be advantages
