Executive AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling, denial handling, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, RCM, and insurance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare providers over phone calls.
