Role & responsibilities
Executive Architect- Master Planning, Faade design, Layout Planning and Interior Planning Tender dwgs and documents, coordinated GFC dwgs Municipal and Submission dwgs preparation Coordination with various disciplines and client.
**Architectural BIM Modeler-**prepare drawings / drafts Design and assist in leading a team in the development of new and ongoing projects from planning through construction, prepare architectural drawings ,3D models in Revit and plant 3D,
to ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards,building code guidelines & regulations within the timelines.well versed with revit 3D modeling, photoshop, google sketch up
Preferred candidate profile
B Arch also Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines & Statutory Requirements Expertise in various architecture models and technical skills Software skills required: Revit, Sketch up and AutoCAD
