Executive Assistant and E-commerce Support

About the role

This is a full-time position at a consumer electronics retail store in Julia Vargas, Pasig City. The role combines sales responsibilities with executive assistant duties supporting ecommerce operations. You will be responsible for building and creating leads for potential customers and clients, conducting cold calls and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing online platform presence. You will also execute end-to-end selling activities and support ecommerce operations by coordinating with other departments and monitoring performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Building and creating leads for potential customers and clients
• Conducting cold calls and site visits to engage potential clients
• Preparing and delivering proposals and quotations based on client requirements
• Posting photos, videos, collaterals and helpful information online to help promote sales
• Selling products and services direct to consumers or direct to businesses
• Responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring timely billing and collection of payments
• Building and sustaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinating the full sales cycle—from leads generation, initial contact to delivery of items and billing
• Managing platform presence including product listings, updates, marketing content, customer engagement, and overall functionality

About you

• Background in Sales or Retail
• Experience in Corporate Sales
• English (Preferred)
