- Provide seamless executive support to senior leadership, acting as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper.
- Manage complex, fluid schedules, prioritizing meetings, commitments, and conflict resolution across global time zones.
- Coordinate complex international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and consolidate board packs, executive presentations, briefing notes, and confidential documents.
- Liaise with internal and external C-suite stakeholders, board members, and business partners with high diplomacy and discretion.
Event Coordination & Special Projects
- Plan, lead, and execute high-profile corporate events, executive dinners, board meetings, and internal group gatherings.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budget tracking, catering, and on-site execution.
- Drive operational and special projects to streamline daily executive functions and improve office administrative processes.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8-15+ years of executive support experience assisting senior leaders within a multinational corporate environment.
- Event Management: Proven track record of independently organizing small-to-large corporate and private executive events.
- Languages: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Core Capabilities: Superior organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Mindset: Proactive, energetic, solution-oriented, with high emotional intelligence and strong executive presence.
What's on Offer
- Competitive remuneration package with annual bonus and comprehensive medical coverage.
- Dynamic, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
