Great Role For Someone Who Is Always Two Steps Ahead!

We are looking for a brilliant EA / Office Manager to become an important part of a small, successful and growing Jersey business.

There's a team of around 11 people, lovely modern offices and a genuinely nice working environment. At the centre of the role is supporting an extremely busy MD who travels regularly and needs someone they can completely rely upon.

This isn't a role for someone who waits to be given a list.

It's for someone who notices what's coming, organises it, follows it up and quietly makes sure it happens.

You'll manage the diary and travel, keep track of actions, prepare papers, organise meetings and guests, look after the office and be the person who remembers the dozen small things that make a busy workplace run properly.

We're looking for someone who is accurate, organised, capable, discreet and naturally proactive . You should be comfortable chasing people when necessary, using your initiative and taking real ownership.

A sense of humour would be very welcome too! It's a professional environment, but people should enjoy coming to work.

This is principally a full time office-based role
