Executive Assistant & Salon Operations Coordinator

Summer Breeze Salon is seeking an organized, dependable professional to work directly with the owner and help keep daily salon operations running smoothly. If you take pride in exceptional customer service, enjoy supporting a team, and follow through without constant reminders, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the owner with scheduling, administrative tasks, and project follow-up.
• Coordinate staff communication, schedules, and daily priorities.
• Support front desk operations, appointment booking, and a welcoming guest experience.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and good judgment.
• Help maintain inventory, supplies, records, and salon standards.
• Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and promotional activities.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• A calm, professional approach to busy days and challenging situations.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and respect for confidential information.
• Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and learning new systems.
• Experience in administrative support, hospitality, or salon/spa operations preferred.

This is a hands-on, on-site role with the opportunity to become the owner’s trusted right hand.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
