  • Monitor regulatory, government, and policy developments relevant to the healthcare markets, translating them into actionable insight for leadership.
  • Prepare data-driven briefing materials for senior leadership, board updates, and cross-regional discussions.

Process Improvement & Project Leadership (40%)

  • Identify inefficiencies in cross-functional workflows and lead redesign of targeted processes.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives set by leadership, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to drive progress.
  • Track progress on key projects, ensuring accountability, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Support change management and communication for organization-wide initiatives.

Executive Support (20%)

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and refine presentations, correspondence, and internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders on scheduling, follow-ups, and visiting executives.
  • Handle expense processing, approvals, and administrative documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or business analysis, ideally within a multinational organization.
  • Business-level English and Japanese (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and seniority levels.
  • High degree of sound judgment and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive multiple projects to completion.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
