Are you organised, service-oriented and enjoy working with people? Join a dynamic healthcare environment where you will support patient enquiries, referrals and administrative coordination, while working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate patient, client and internal department enquiries and requests.
• Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries in line with service standards.
• Liaise with external parties and internal departments to facilitate safe and appropriate patient referrals for outpatient appointments.
• Follow established protocols and procedures when coordinating patient referrals.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Referral Centre.
• Participate in a rotational on-call duty and be responsible for holding the on-call phone, responding to enquiries and coordinating matters that require attention during the assigned duty period.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous with strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and a good team player.
• Comfortable using computer applications and technology.
