·        Assist in identifying potential legal risks related to transportation contracts, operational issues, and regulatory compliance.

·        Review and update contract templates to ensure compliance with current legislation.

·        Advise the Executive team on the implications of new transportation regulations and recommend legal strategies for compliance.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred; a relevant diploma will also be considered.

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting, along with strong proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.

·        Experience drafting and reviewing legal notices, contracts, and agreements.

·        Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
