  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense report preparation and submission.
  • Organize and support team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team events.
  • Track key deliverables, follow up on outstanding action items, and help drive work through completion.
  • Create, compile, and maintain regular reporting and other key documentation.
  • Partner closely with the leadership team to provide day-to-day organizational support.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Draft, edit, and format documents and communications.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience providing executive support at the VP level or above.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, and off-sites.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate executive and team needs.
