Job Description: Social Media Executive cum Executive Assistant (EA)

Job Responsibilities

• Upload and manage basic posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Handle regular social media updates and maintain the company's online presence.
• Coordinate with the team for content, images, and company updates.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
• Manage calls, emails, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
• Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Handle day-to-day office work as instructed by management.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email handling.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Professional attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media handling, administration, or executive assistance.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
