About the Role

65Autos is seeking a proactive, organised and digitally competent Executive Assistant to support our automotive sales operations, customer experience and digital marketing activities.

The successful candidate will help manage customer enquiries, follow up with prospective buyers, create engaging vehicle promotional content and support the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.

This role is suited to someone who communicates confidently, takes initiative, is comfortable using digital tools and understands the importance of turning customer enquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone and social media.
• Follow up with prospective buyers, maintain customer records and track sales leads.
• Assist with vehicle sales, promotional activities and customer relationship management.
• Create short promotional videos using CapCut and design simple marketing graphics using Canva.
• Prepare engaging captions and promotional content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Support the management of the company's social media accounts and WhatsApp Business.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, customer interactions and sales activities.
• Assist with routine administrative duties, documentation and basic reporting.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest practical ways to improve customer experience and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical ability to create short videos and promotional content using CapCut or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
• A customer-focused attitude, with an interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Previous experience in automotive sales is not compulsory. Candidates with experience in customer service, digital marketing, e-commerce, sales support or business administration are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦130,000.00 per month
