Ranked among the Top 50 self-storage operators in the country, we leverage decades of real estate expertise to drive aggressive growth and deliver institutional-quality investments.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and versatile Executive Assistant to act as a central force multiplier for our executive team. This isn't a passive admin role—it’s a dynamic, high-visibility position where you will directly support C-suite operations, drive investor workflows, and keep our multi-state firm running seamlessly.

If you thrive in a fast-paced private equity environment, excel at managing complex pipelines, and pride yourself on flawless execution, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

1. C-Suite & Corporate Operations

  • Executive Partnership: Act as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for the C-suite, managing communications, calendar logistics, and cross-department schedules.
  • Corporate Governance & Compliance: Oversee state business filings and annual reporting, foreign entity registrations, entity license tracking, and business subscriptions
  • Brand & PR Management: Draft press releases, manage award/contest submissions, coordinate media inquiries, and oversee company social media accounts and content strategy.
  • Deal & Office Logistics: Assist with acquisition due diligence, employee onboarding, mail/file routing, expense report processing, and travel/conference bookings.
  • Team Operations: Organize periodic, multi-state team gatherings to keep our remote and local teams aligned.

2. Investor Relations & Capital Operations

  • Investor Portal Management: Serve as the main manager for our investor portal, overseeing content (offering materials, quarterly reporting, tax/financial updates) and user access.
  • Pipeline & Onboarding Workflows: Track the end-to-end prospective investor pipeline, manage e-signature workflows for subscription documents, and record touchpoints from interest to funding.
  • Post-Close Servicing: Coordinate post-close communication workflows, ensuring timely delivery of quarterly reports, dividend updates, and ongoing investor messaging.
  • Investor Experience: Plan and execute top-tier virtual and in-person investor events, including creative gift sourcing, invitation tracking, and post-event follow-ups.

3. Field & Asset Management Support

  • Asset Operations: Partner with the VP of Asset Management to support property manager onboarding, training workflows, and ongoing operational needs.
  • Contract & License Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking for property-level service contracts, renewals, and regional business compliance.
  • Community Impact: Oversee our local charitable unit management program across our self-storage portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Investor Relations support role (experience in Private Equity, Commercial Real Estate, or Finance highly preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-forward mindset with hands-on experience in investor portals (e.g., Agora), CRM tools, and social management platforms.
  • Communication: Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to draft professional PR materials and interact directly with high-net-worth investors.
  • Project Management: Exceptional task-prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects..

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
