Points to Confirm Before Publishing
- Reporting line: The role supports the Head of Equity Broking but reports to the Research Head. If these are different people, consider clarifying whether the Research Head is the line manager and the Head of Equity Broking is the principal supported. If they are the same person, the wording should be made consistent.
- Age criterion: Many organizations leave age out of public postings and focus on experience, since age preferences can narrow the pool and raise HR or legal concerns. You may want to confirm this with HR.
