₹8–10 LPA | 5 Days Working | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Country Head – India, with additional coordination across Sales, Administration, Procurement & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Country Head’s calendar, meetings, correspondence & follow-ups
• Prepare management reports, presentations & business documentation
• Track action items and ensure timely closures
• Support quotations, sales reports, customer coordination & documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, internal teams & parent company
• Support procurement, inventory and import/export documentation
• Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth administrative operations

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree; Mechanical/Production Engineering preferred
• 4–5 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, Operations, Procurement or Sales Coordination
• Manufacturing/Engineering industry exposure preferred
• Excellent English communication – verbal & written
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality & attention to detail
• Hindi & Gujarati will be an advantage
• A high-visibility role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional business operations.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
