Executive Assistant expert in Spreadsheet

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with advanced Excel skills to support leadership with data management, reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone very comfortable working with spreadsheets, enjoys organizing information, and can help turn data into clear and useful insights. You will also support general executive and operational tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve complex Excel spreadsheets and trackers
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
• Use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools to organize and analyze data
• Automate repetitive tasks where possible
• Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
• Organize files, documents, and internal records
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and internal documentation
• Support project coordination and follow-ups
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed
• Help track operational metrics and performance reports
