What they need

Description Are you a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping leaders and teams running at peak performance? As an Executive Assistant II at Amazon, you will play a critical role in enabling senior leaders to focus on their highest-priority work. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional projects, and serve as a trusted partner who anticipates needs before they arise. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — you will influence how your organization operates, drive process improvements, and contribute meaningfully to organizational goals. If you are someone who takes initiative, communicates with clarity, and brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge, we want to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting for senior leaders, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Plan and execute team events and off-site meetings, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Identify and optimize cross-team processes and procedures, leveraging generative artificial intelligence tools where appropriate to increase productivity and quality of deliverables.
  • Prepare, curate, and contribute content for leadership communications and organizational materials in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and appropriate tone.
  • Mentor fellow administrative professionals and help define support structures for the organization, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

A day in the life

You will start your morning reviewing your leaders' schedules, adjusting priorities as new requests come in and ensuring preparation materials are ready for upcoming meetings. Throughout the day, you will partner with stakeholders across finance, human resources, and other functions to coordinate projects, resolve escalations, and keep information flowing. You might draft a communication on behalf of a leader, finalize logistics for an upcoming team event, or refine a recurring process to save the organization time.

About The Team Our team is focused on empowering leaders to do their best work by providing exceptional organizational support. We value collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to making things better every day. As we continue to grow, we are looking for team members who bring energy, curiosity, and a willingness to take on new challenges. You will be part of an inclusive environment where your ideas are welcomed and your contributions directly shape how the team and organization operate.
