Executive Assistant (Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), SAP) Southeast ~

About the role

This is a 1-year contract role, extendable/convertible, with a leading utilities group. You will be based in the Kallang sector, working Monday to Friday, 08:00am–5:30pm or 08:30am–6:00pm.

Key responsibilities

• Perform processing of CS1, CS5, CS6 and CS7 applications
• Monitor performance statistics
• Prepare supply applications performance and remittance reports
• Perform tagging of tenant meters
• Raise refunds for service quotations
• Check and issue service connection quotations
• Issue payment acknowledgement letters
• Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply application matters
• Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals' enquiries via email and verbal correspondence
• Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals

About you

• Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in at least two of the following preferred: Oracle (EBS Portal) or SAP with Outlook and/or Microsoft VBA
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline
