Executive Assistant- Male

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic business planning and analysis to support the CEO's decision-making.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
• Develop and maintain confidential records, reports, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of business strategy development and implementation.
• Excellent executive support skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
