Executive Assistant Management Trainee

The Executive Assistant – Management Trainee (BCC for Accounting and Procurement) consolidates and reconciles daily financial data across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, General Ledger, and Procurement, validating raw source files against summary dashboards for accuracy. The role independently identifies and escalates financial control risks through clear, evidence-based executive reporting. It also tracks unresolved issues across reporting cycles until closure. Additionally, the role monitors and assists in the facilitation of the newly developed AI-driven Accounting and Procurement portals (Project Astroboy). The position requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive financial data.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily and mid-day End-of-Day (EOD) consolidated financial reports across AP, AP Advances, AR/Royalty & Marketing Fee, Procurement, and RFP Monitoring.
• Validate and reconcile raw source data from multiple department working files against summary dashboards.
• Identify, document, and escalate financial control risks and data-integrity issues to executive management.
• Track unresolved/aging items across reporting cycles and drive follow-through to resolution.
• Maintain formal documentation suitable for executive and audit review.
• Support AI portal (Astroboy) implementation and cross-functional coordination.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
