Job Summary Delhi Press is looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional for its Circulation Department to drive magazine sales, expand distribution networks, and develop business opportunities across retail, institutional, school, and government segments. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the publishing or media industry, with strong market knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive magazine circulation and sales growth across assigned territories (Delhi NCR).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing distribution network across retail, institutional, school, and government segments.
• Ensure the timely availability and effective distribution of publications in the assigned market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, vendors, and retail outlets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, improve product visibility, and strengthen channel relationships.
• Track market feedback, competitor activities, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales and market performance reports.
• Follow up on payments, outstanding dues, and distributor-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be an advantage.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the publishing, print media, or media distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of channel sales, distribution management, and market development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage market visits, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile A self-motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the magazine or print media market, good distributor relationships, and the ability to develop new sales channels and increase circulation revenue.
