Executive Assistant - Mandarin

About the role:

This role involves providing interpretation and written translation between Mandarin Chinese, English, and Filipino, supporting management and cross-functional communication within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide interpretation and written translation between Mandarin Chinese, English, and Filipino
• Interpret during daily meetings and management discussions
• Accurately communicate management instructions, decisions, and announcements
• Translate company policies, notices, emails, reports, contracts, and other documents
• Assist management in communicating with external suppliers and following up on quotations, contracts, deliveries, and services
• Organize meeting notes, translated documents, and communication records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Filipino, both spoken and written
• Able to independently handle meeting interpretation and business document translation
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Experience in translation, administration, management support, or supplier coordination is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office applications
