Executive Assistant - Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to senior management.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.

• Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and confidential documents.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports. • Serve as a key liaison for executives, both internally and externally.

• Assist with cross-border communications and coordination with Taiwan and Malaysia teams.

• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

• Support special projects and operational tasks as assigned.

• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

• Must be amenable to work full-time onsite in the Philippines.

• Strong proficiency in English and Taiwanese Mandarin, Taiwanese Hokkien, or Malay/Mandarin.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High degree of professionalism, reliability, and discretion.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).
