About TBro's Renovation
TBro's Renovation is a boutique NYC general contracting firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial renovations across Manhattan and the five boroughs.
We operate with the agility and hands-on involvement of a boutique firm, backed by the systems, infrastructure, and operational standards of a larger company. As our project volume and complexity continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, dependable Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly.
The Role
We're looking for a part-time Executive Assistant / Office Admin to support leadership and keep the day-to-day operations of our Midtown Manhattan office organized and running smoothly. This role blends executive support with general office management; you'll be the person who keeps things tidy, stocked, filed, and moving.
This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in being organized, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable working directly with leadership in a small, fast-paced office.
This is not a hybrid or remote role. The position is fully in-person at our Midtown Manhattan office, to start.
What You’ll Own
Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to leadership
- Manage incoming mail, scanning, filing, and document organization
- Help coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and daily priorities
Office Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office
- Track and order office supplies as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for office vendors, deliveries, and building needs
Miscellaneous Operational Support
- Handle parking ticket resolution and similar administrative errands as needed
- Perform general clerical work such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Print, copy, scan, and organize physical and digital paperwork, including archiving older records
- Assist with light bookkeeping support — organizing receipts, invoices, and expense documentation for the office
- Coordinate with building management and outside vendors on office-related needs (repairs, deliveries, service visits)
- Run occasional errands as needed (e.g., post office, bank deposits, pickups and drop-offs)
- Support miscellaneous tasks and small projects as assigned by leadership
What We're Looking For
Required
- Strong organizational skills and genuine attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple small tasks at once in a fast-paced office
- Professional, reliable, and discreet - comfortable supporting leadership directly
- Able to work in-person, approximately 15-20 hours per week
Additional Qualifications
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar support role is a plus
- Comfortable with everyday office tools (scanning, filing systems, email and calendar platforms)
- A self-starter who can take direction and run with it independently
Schedule & Location
- 15-20 hours per week
- In-person only to start; Midtown Manhattan office
- Start date: ASAP
Interview Process
Round 1 - Introductory Conversation (Virtual)
A brief conversation to discuss background, availability, and fit for the role.
Round 2 - In-Person Meeting
Meeting with leadership at our Midtown Manhattan office to discuss the role in more detail and get a feel for the day-to-day.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $25 – $27/hour
Compensation will be based on relevant experience and fit for the role.
Why This Role Matters
A well-run office is what allows the rest of the team to move fast and stay focused. This role is central to keeping our leadership organized and our office running smoothly day to day.
If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy being the person who keeps things running behind the scenes, we'd love to speak with you.
