Executive Assistant | 12-Month Contract

Support a busy senior leader at a well-established civil infrastructure business, with major projects spanning roads, rail, defence, ports, and energy.

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support a General Manager through a 12-month maternity leave contract, running through to the end of 2027.

You don't need a background in construction, property, or engineering — we're after someone smart, capable, and quick to pick things up. You'll get a thorough 4-week handover, so you'll be well set up from day one.

Day to day, you'll manage diaries, correspondence, meetings, and travel, and generally keep things running smoothly for a busy executive. It's a varied, fast-paced role that rewards someone efficient, discreet, and genuinely proactive.

What We're Looking For:

• A smart, dedicated EA who can quickly learn new systems and ways of working.
• Experience supporting a senior leader or executive.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Start date is ideally early December, though an earlier start can be negotiated. Full-time or part-time hours will be considered for the right person.

Based in South Melbourne

Salary: approx. $95,000 + super (full-time).
