Executive Assistant | Investment Firm

Our client, an established investment firm in KL Sentral, is looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic and professional environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business leaders, gain valuable exposure to the investment industry, and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and daily schedules.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Support office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events and executive activities.
• Provide support to the Executive Office Manager during absences to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience supporting senior management is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills and basic spoken Chinese.
• Organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Presents a professional and approachable image.
