Executive Assistant (Precious Metals Trading)

About the role

Marmara Precious Metals (HK) Limited trades gold kilobars and silver with bulk buyers in Hong Kong. We are looking for an organised, quick-learning person to support our Hong Kong Senior Business Development Manager, run the day-to-day office, and train towards a Junior Trader role. We make extensive use of AI and have a complete system in place to support our assistant.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day personal support to the Senior Business Development Manager: diary and schedule management, travel and meeting arrangements, errands, and keeping the office running smoothly

• Run the Hung Hom office: admin, supplies, filing, visitors and deliveries

• Handle client communication and records, and keep them accurate and up to date

• Assist with price quotes and trade support: order follow-up, trade documents, settlement coordination

• Help prepare client onboarding paperwork (KYC / AML)

• Liaise with our head office team

• Learn the precious metals market and take on junior trading tasks as you grow

What we are looking for

• Diploma or degree in any discipline; business, finance or economics is a plus

• 1+ year of office, admin, or trading support experience. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome

• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

• Proficient in Excel and Word; careful with numbers and detail

• Reliable, discreet, and comfortable dealing with clients and senior people

• Keen to learn markets and build a career in trading

Salary and hours

HK$16,000 - 18,000 per month. Office hours 10:45 - 18:45.
