About Our Client An established international organisation with a growing presence across Asia. As part of its regional expansion, the company is looking to establish its presence and operations in Hong Kong.

Job Description As a CEO EA/Chief of Staff, your main responsibilities will include:

• Support the establishment and development of the company's Hong Kong operations efficiently, including coordinating key administrative and operational matters.
• Act as a key liaison between the CEO and different teams and manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and day-to-day communications.
• Coordinate, prepare and follow up on key business projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and prioritise correspondence and requests on behalf of the CEO.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

The Successful Applicant A Successful CEO EA/Chief Of Staff Should Have

• Higher education in Business Support or relevant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry would be advantageous.
• A strong background in executive support and proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach in business administration.
• Experienced in managing complex schedules and high-level communications.
