Executive Assistant – Sales & Operations Data

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Sales & Operations leadership with accurate data, market insights, and performance tracking. This role will be key in ensuring data integrity and enabling decisions at the regional, district, and individual level across PH.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze Philippines market size, market share by region/district/hospital, and competitor activity
• Build weekly/monthly dashboards for PH regions: Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
• Support forecasting and monitor sales vs targets for Surge 2027
• Ensure 100% accuracy of sales data in CRM/ERP — volumes, SKUs, pricing, tenders, schemes
• Reconcile field sales reports and distributor data; flag discrepancies
• Track distribution metrics: beat coverage, outlet activation, and product availability
• Monitor individual performance of DSMs, Sales Executives, and Product Specialists: target vs achievement, new accounts, call rate, productivity
• Prepare scorecards and ranking reports to recognize top performers and identify coaching needs
• Consolidate data for MBRs, QBRs, and leadership presentations for PH management
• Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing PH for data alignment

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field
• 2-4 years in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or EA role
• Advanced Excel, Power BI / Google Data Studio, CRM [Salesforce/Hubspot], ERP
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High ownership, discretion, and ability to work directly with senior leadership
• Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Devices/FMCG experience preferred
• Experience with PH market data, hospital/tender sales data is an advantage
• MBA is a plus
