What they need

About Us

PU Prime is a fast-growing, multi-regulated provider of online trading in Contracts for difference (CFDs), options and other derivative products across forex, indices, commodities, shares and cryptocurrencies. We serve retail and professional clients across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, and we are building a team of ambitious people who want to grow with us.

About the Role

This is a high-visibility role supporting our Managing Director, who is based in Melbourne, Australia. As the MD's "eyes and ears" in Singapore, you will be the link between the MD and our teams across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Dealing and Technology.

You will sit in on meetings across departments, capture the key points, track actions, and keep the MD fully informed, in both English and Mandarin . You will also run the MD's day-to-day administration across several time zones. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how a global brokerage works, and who wants to be mentored by senior leadership. Over time, the role will grow into sales, marketing and business development, with a clear path to move into a specialist area of the business as your interests and strengths develop.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Support & Minute-Taking

·      Attend internal meetings across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Dealing, Product and Technology), as well as external meetings with partners, introducing brokers, liquidity providers and service providers.

·      Take accurate, structured minutes and notes, and capture decisions, action items, owners and deadlines.

·      Turn meeting notes into short written briefings for the MD, highlighting what needs the MD's attention, decision or follow-up.

·      Track action items to completion and follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule.

·      Prepare agendas, briefing packs, background research and presentation materials before meetings.

Liaison & Communication with the MD

·      Act as the main day-to-day link between the Singapore office, regional teams and the Melbourne-based MD.

·      Provide regular (daily and weekly) company updates to the MD, covering key business activity, departmental progress, issues and escalations.

·      Work across multiple time zones (Australia, Singapore/Asia, UK/Europe and, where needed, Latin America), and adjust hours to make sure time-critical information reaches the MD promptly.

·      Manage and prioritise communications on the MD's behalf, including drafting emails, memos, letters and reports in English.

·      Interpret and translate between English and Mandarin in meetings, correspondence and documents when required.

Business, Sales & Marketing Support (Growth Areas)

·      Support the MD with research and analysis: market and competitor reviews, industry trends, product developments and new market opportunities.

·      Help prepare presentations, board and management reports, business proposals and partner pitch materials.

·      Support the Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns, partner and introducing-broker (IB) relationships, events and promotional activity.

·      Develop an understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, social media, affiliate and IB programs, CRM and email marketing) and how they drive client acquisition.

·      Help keep track of regulatory developments across key jurisdictions, such as ASIC (Australia), MAS (Singapore), FCA (UK), CySEC/ESMA (EU) and relevant regulators in APAC and LATAM, and summarise relevant changes for the MD.

·      Over time, take on more responsibility in an area of the business that matches your strengths and career goals.

Executive Administration

·      Manage the MD's calendar across time zones: schedule, prioritise and resolve conflicts for internal and external meetings and video calls.

·      Organise meetings, management sessions, offsites, client events and industry conferences (for example, finance and trading expos), including venues, logistics and follow-ups.

·      Process and reconcile expense claims, invoices and other administrative paperwork.

·      Handle highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with complete discretion.

·      Take on ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.

About You

Education

·      Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Finance, Business, International Finance, Economics or a related field.

Experience

·      3–5 years of experience in a commercial role in banking, financial services, brokerage, fintech or a similar professional environment.

·      Experience as Executive Assistant, business support officer, or in a client-facing or coordination role supporting senior management is highly regarded.

·      Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

Languages

·       Essential: Fluent English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, at business level.
