EA – Key KPIs

1. Founder Calendar & Schedule

* Manage Founder’s complete calendar, meetings, priorities and appointments.

* Ensure zero clashes and proper preparation before every meeting.

2. Meeting Management

* Attend all important Founder meetings.

* Capture key points, decisions and action items.

* Share and align action items with the concerned team members.

* Track follow-ups and closure.

3. Founder–Team Coordination

* Act as the single point of contact between the Founder and the entire Propil team.

* Communicate Founder’s priorities and decisions to the team.

* Collect updates from the team and provide consolidated updates to the Founder.

* Ensure no important communication or task gets missed.

4. Team Coordination & Execution

* Coordinate across departments to ensure Founder’s priorities are executed.

* Follow up with team members on deadlines, dependencies and pending actions.

* Escalate delays or critical issues to the Founder.

5. Travel & External Meetings

* Travel with the Founder for important Propil meetings whenever required.

* Coordinate travel, meeting logistics and schedules.

* Accompany key Propil representatives for critical meetings when required.

Core KPI:

Founder’s decisions → communicated → assigned → followed up → executed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹52,514.87 per month
