What they need
Three Nails is one of the fastest-growing activewear brands in the country, #539 on the 2025 Inc.
5000 list, built on a mission to help people discover their God-given purpose and pursue it every
day. Founded by a Christian athlete in 2017, we fuse mission with excellence: obsessing over
product quality, thoughtful design, and gear built to withstand your toughest training while
reflecting what you stand for.
We're a passionate team working at the intersection of performance and purpose, with a strong DTC
presence, a growing Amazon channel, and a rapidly growing wholesale retail presence. As we keep
growing, we're looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant to support our founder through this next
phase.
That's why this role exists. We're looking for a right hand who can manage the founder's calendar,
inbox, and Slack; coordinate all of his travel; and oversee both his personal and professional priorities.
At its core, this role is about buying back his time and lightening the day-to-day load. This is the seat closest to the founder. You'll see product, retail, and partnerships from the front row, with room to grow as we do.
OUR MISSION
Three Nails exists to equip athletes, leaders, and everyday individuals to pursue their God-given
purpose through premium sportswear rooted in faith, designed for performance, and made to represent what matters most.
Matthew 6:33 is the foundation of everything we do. It shapes our products, our partnerships, and why we're here. We don't put it on our sleeve. We build it into how we work. A portion of every purchase supports our amazing partners, Agape International Missions and the Tim Tebow Foundation, helping fund rescue, healing, and prevention efforts around the world.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Calendar and Time Protection
Own the founder's calendar end to end. Build it around his ideal week and hold a written set of scheduling rules. Rank incoming requests so the urgent ones get a fast yes and everything else gets a clear, kind
answer. Audit weeks ahead so nothing catches him off guard. Coordinate all of his travel, business and
personal, from trade shows and retail meetings to family trips.
Communication
Work the inbox and Slack on a labeling system that keeps everything but the real decisions off his desk. Reply on his behalf from approved templates, same day. Triage his social inboxes and DMs, surfacing the partnership inquiries, wholesale leads, and customer issues that matter.
Execution and Follow-Through
Run the daily admin meeting from an agenda you build. Track deliverables across product drops, retail
deadlines, and the marketing calendar. Flag anything drifting before it slips. Chase vendors, designers, and fulfillment partners until their pieces are finished. Compile weekly expense reports. Write an SOP for every process you learn.
Personal Support
Coordinate personal appointments and family commitments around business travel so nothing collides.
Manage household logistics and day-to-day personal admin. Hold everything you see in confidence.

What You'll Need
-Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and be willing to work a hybrid schedule
-2–5 years supporting a founder, executive, or fast-moving small business.
-Strong writing and the judgment to answer on a founder's behalf.
-Fluency with Google Workspace and a task management tool (Asana, Notion, etc.). Quick to pick up new software.
-Comfort operating across social platforms and e-commerce tools.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
