Executive Assistant to CEO

Position:* Founder's Office Associate / Executive Assistant to Founder

This person will work directly with me and will be responsible for managing my day-to-day coordination, calendar, business operations, vendor management, production follow-ups, website coordination, project execution, and helping build VARA from the ground up.

A little about me:

I am the Co-Founder & CEO of *The Social Stays, one of India's fastest-growing youth hospitality brands with 12+ properties across the country. Alongside scaling The Social Stays, I am now building **VARA*, a premium consumer brand in the food and spices category.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are looking for someone who can think like an owner, execute independently, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and become the founder's right hand.

*Ideal Candidate:*

* 1–4 years of experience

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* Highly organized and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

* Strong follow-up and execution abilities

* Based in Delhi NCR (preferred)

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
