Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate business meetings with clients, investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
• Support the CEO in administrative, operational, and personal matters.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, business partners, and service providers.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding arrangements, and general office administration when required.
• Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills in the languages required to provide effective support to the CEO and Chinese-speaking clients.)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with online productivity, scheduling, and communication tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zoom, DeepSeek).
