Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities：

1. Schedule & Travel Management: Oversee the CEO's administrative affairs, calendar, meeting bookings, and business travel arrangements.
2. Project Execution & Follow-up: Follow up on core business and external partnerships assigned by the CEO, ensuring complete task closure.
3. Crypto & Trading Information Aggregation: Summarize market trends, trading data, contracts, and project files related to Crypto/Web3.
4. Internal Information Hub: Serve as the liaison between the CEO and internal departments (Accounting, Treasury, Risk, etc.).
5. Proactive Support: Anticipate CEO requirements, handle routine affairs, and manage external receptions.

Requirements：

1. 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or Senior Admin
2. Hong Kong Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid long-term HK work visa
3. Fluent in Mandarin; conversational Cantonese or English is preferred
4. Understand basic crypto/Web3 and trading concepts; fast learner
5. High EQ, strict confidentiality ethics, proactive, and detail-oriented
6. Composed, reliable, and stress-tolerant
