WE ARE HIRING | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Chaizup Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized, proactive and professionally polished Executive Assistant to support senior management and ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day executive activities.

Location: Taratala, Kolkata
Position: Executive Assistant
Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 per month – In-Hand
Qualification: Graduate / equivalent
Experience: 2–5years preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments and schedules
• Handle professional emails, calls and correspondence
• Prepare presentations, reports, documents and meeting notes
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Track important tasks, follow-ups and deadlines
• Assist senior management with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information
• Support effective communication and execution of management priorities

Excellent in verbal and written communication
Smart, presentable and professionally confident
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office / Google WorkspaceCapable of managing multiple priorities efficiently

Professional, discreet and trustworthy
