We are looking for a smart, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the Director of a multi-business group operating in the fields of Engineering, IoT, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and IT. This is a high-impact role where your support will enable business growth, better client relationships, and organized operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Business SupportManage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, calls, and follow-upsDraft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the DirectorCoordinate with clients, vendors, team members, and partnersOrganize and maintain files, records, and shared drivesCommunication & Follow-upsSend proposals, quotations, presentations, and introductory emailsFollow up on payments, leads, meetings, and feedbackPrepare meeting agendas, take notes, and share MOMsDocument & Presentation CreationPrepare PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, and company profilesAssist in making reports, Excel data, and analytics summariesSales & Marketing AssistanceHelp in organizing social media content, blogs, newsletters (basic level)Update CRM systems and maintain lead/customer databasesCoordinate with marketing, design, and development teams when requiredSkills RequiredExcellent written & verbal English communicationProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Calendar & AI ToolsComfortable with WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and CRM toolsHighly organized, proactive, and problem-solver attitude
