Executive Assistant to CEO (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions:

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support directly to the CEO.
• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, meeting materials, and minutes.
• Support strategic planning, business development, and cross-functional initiatives across business units.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders and partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Assist in off-site operations and represent the CEO when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Business-aware, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating executive needs.
• Willingness to travel and work across different business units and locations.
